Rafeef Khafaji is an experienced professional in the finance and banking sectors, currently serving as the Chairman of the Media subcommittee of the Financing Companies sector since October 2024 and as the Marketing and Customer Experience Director at Bidaya Finance since April 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at Bank Aljazira from February 2005 to May 2024, where Rafeef held various vice-presidential positions, including VP-Head of Segmentation and Development, and contributed to retail banking as a Senior Manager. Additionally, Rafeef was a Member of the Board of Directors at AMAN Insurance Agency from September 2018 to April 2024. Rafeef received a Bachelor’s degree from King Abdulaiz University, attending from 1999 to 2004, and completed secondary education at Al Nassifiya Modern School between 1995 and 1999.
