Amy Reeves-Rawlinson

Amy Reeves-Rawlinson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of HR at Bidfood UK since July 2022, Amy previously held positions including HR Director for the Tensioning Division at Nord-Lock Group and HR Business Partner at Kerry Foods. Earlier roles include HR Operations Manager for Europe at Houghton International and HR Manager for the Northern European Region at Houghton Plc, where responsibilities encompassed managing the HR function for a workforce of approximately 327 employees across 48 sites. Amy began a career at Newell Rubbermaid as an HR Officer, focusing on providing HR support and managing disciplinary processes. Academically, Amy holds a PGDIP in Human Resource Management and a BSc Hons in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wolverhampton.
