Indon Bae is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in information technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at BIDS Trading since November 2008, Indon brings over 25 years of experience in the field. Prior roles include Vice President of Information Technology at both egX and egX Group from May 2007 to October 2008, and Manager of the Network Group at NASDAQ OMX from January 2004 to May 2007. Beginning a career at AT&T Solutions as a Systems Architect from 1996 to December 2003 and as a Network Systems Architect at AT&T from August 1994 to December 2003, Indon has consistently demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex IT infrastructures and strategic implementation.

BIDS Trading is a licensed broker-dealer that runs the Alternative Trading System (ATS), a platform that allows anonymous trading of large shares between counterparties. It solves the age-old block trader problem of needing to locate reliable trading partners without disclosing one's trading intentions in advance. All eligible broker-dealersand their institutional clients may participate, subject to satisfying the minimal regulatory and credit conditions.
