Neil Arlett B.Eng.(Hons), C.Eng MIMechE has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as Head of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Divisional Engineering Manager at Biffa since July 2013. Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and continuous improvement project teams for process plants, managing new projects through design and development, and successfully designing an automated paper sorting system using NIR optical sorters.
