Hugo Harding

Hugo Harding is an experienced professional in digital experience and customer engagement with a robust background in leading e-commerce strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Ecommerce and Digital Experience at Big Bus Tours since March 2022, Hugo previously held the position of Head of Digital Experience at Barclaycard from December 2013 to December 2021, focusing on digital design and user experience optimization. Prior to that, Hugo contributed to EDF Energy in various roles, including Smart Customer and Digital Experience Lead, where strategies for multi-channel customer journeys were developed. Hugo's career began in the film industry as a Film Production Manager for television commercials. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters and Philosophy from the University of Southampton.
