Joseph Cunliffe currently serves as the Sr. Talent Manager at Big-D Construction since May 2021. Prior to this, Joseph held the position of Talent Manager at the same company. With over 18 years of experience in leadership roles, Joseph also founded Five Star Consulting in 2003 and continues to serve as the President. Before their career in the private sector, Joseph served as a Captain in the United States Army from 1990 to 2003. Joseph obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University between 1998 and 2001.
