Crystal Kaufman has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Crystal began their career at Movietone, 20th Century Fox, working as an Editor and Assistant Editor. Crystal then joined Motor Entertainment as a Video Editor/Film Editor, where they stayed for seven years and eventually became a Post Production Supervisor. Currently, Crystal is working at Big Fish Entertainment, where they have held various roles including Post Production Supervisor, Director of Post Production, Director of Production, and currently serves as the VP of Post Production.

Crystal Kaufman earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Film and Animation from the University of the Arts, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
