Jennifer Lea Klein

Jennifer Lea Klein is an experienced design professional with a robust background in user experience and design leadership. Currently serving as Head of Design and VP at BIG HAPPY since 2022, Jennifer previously led UX design initiatives at PenFed Credit Union from 2019 to 2022, focusing on consumer-facing web and mobile properties and design system tools. Prior to that, as Director of Design at Verve from 2013 to 2019, Jennifer directed the design of contextual advertising products while managing remote design teams. Earlier roles included Digital Project Coordinator at IQ Solutions, where Jennifer managed digital public health initiatives, and Senior Interactive Designer at Catalina Marketing, designing online advertising campaigns. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and has completed comprehensive coursework from the Master of Arts in Integrated Design program at the University of Baltimore.
