Allen Hembree

Allen Hembree serves as the VP of Trend and Owned Brands at Big Lots since April 2023. Before this role, Allen held notable positions including Group VP of Home Fashion Office at Ross Stores, Inc. from February 2015 to October 2019, and VP of Proprietary Brand and International Sourcing at PetSmart from April 2008 to January 2015, where Allen established the Proprietary Brands and International Sourcing Team. Allen's earlier experience includes roles as Director of Product Development at Bed Bath and Beyond, Buyer at Burdines Department Store, and various buying positions at Hecht's and Ivey's Department Stores. Allen holds a BSBA in Marketing and Management and pursued Master's Studies in Accounting and Finance at Appalachian State University.
