Scott Cozzali has extensive experience in construction and project management. Scott most recently served as the Vice President of Construction at Big V Property Group, where they played a crucial role in tenant upfits, budgeting, reviewing construction projects, and selecting general contractors. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Hendrick Construction, Adolfson & Peterson Construction, Pro Construction Inc., Cox Schepp Construction, and Kimco Realty Corporation. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in retail construction, leasing, and shopping center renovations.
Scott Cozzali attended Suffolk County Community College from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Construction Technology. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Patchogue Medford High School, although no specific dates or field of study were provided.
