Wieslaw Nosal has extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors, currently serving as the COO of big xyt since February 2016. Prior to this role, Wieslaw was the Head of Market Data Services Team at DEVnet High Performance Solutions Sp. z o.o. from July 2011 to January 2016, where responsibilities included project management for the modernization of a large market data system and enhancing maintenance procedures to reduce costs. Earlier, Wieslaw worked at Symagon (Nagler & Company) from December 2005 to June 2011, initially as a Software Developer before advancing to Team Lead, focusing on market data warehousing and low latency data delivery. Wieslaw holds a degree from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, completed in 2005.
