Scott Sheldon

Scott Sheldon has a diverse work experience, ranging from their role as a Member of the Board of Directors at AFCEA Central Maryland Chapter to their current position as a Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth at BigBear.ai. Scott has also held various leadership positions, such as Founder and Chief Suit at cybergamut and Vice President of Strategic Growth at Jacobs. Additionally, Scott has served on the boards of Living Hope Presbyterian Church and King University. Prior to their civilian career, they served as an officer in the USAF.

Scott Sheldon has a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Bowie State University, which they earned between 1995 and 1997. Scott also has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from King University, obtained from 1982 to 1986. Prior to that, they attended Chaminade HS from 1978 to 1982, although no degree or field of study is specified. Scott also holds additional certifications, including the GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) from the Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), which expired in 2019, as well as the GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC) and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications from the Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) and Project Management Institute (PMI), respectively.
