Catriona Faulds has extensive experience in project management and customer relationship roles, currently serving as a Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Project Manager at BigChange since January 2020. Prior to this, Catriona held positions including Customer Account Manager and RoadCrew Consultant at BigChange® from February 2017 to June 2019, and Office Manager and Recruitment Consultant at James Wilcockson Associates Ltd from June 2014 to February 2017. Additional experience includes roles as a Commercial Assistant at Masternaut Ltd and an Admin Assistant at East Marsh Community Advice Centre. Catriona obtained a BA(Hons) in Sociology from Sheffield Hallam University between 2009 and 2012, and completed education at Franklin College and St Mary's Catholic High School.
