Prior to BigChange, Chloe served as Helpdesk Coordinator at Masternaut from June 2015 to May 2017, where responsibilities included quickly resolving customer requests while adhering to established processes. Chloe holds a degree in Information Technology Management from Sheffield Hallam University and an OCR Level 3 National Diploma in IT from St Georges Academy, complementing a solid foundation in computing.
