Heather Mayo

Heather Mayo is an accomplished business leader currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Executive Insights, LLC since September 2023, and as a member of the Board of Directors at Bigelow Tea since March 2023. With over 23 years of expertise in merchandising and operations within the wholesale club sector, Heather held key leadership positions such as EVP, Chief Operations and Merchandising Officer at Grocery Outlet and Chief Merchandising Officer at Boxed. During Heather's tenure as Senior Vice President of Operations at Sam's Club, responsibility encompassed all aspects of store operations across 315 locations, overseeing a significant workforce. Heather also served as an Executive Consultant at IBM Global Services, advising Fortune 500 companies like Costco and Coca-Cola, and began a successful career at BJ's Wholesale Club, managing diverse businesses across numerous locations. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bentley University.
