Mary-Lauren Factora

Mary-Lauren Factora is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and consumer packaged goods sectors. Since September 2014, Mary-Lauren has served as Senior Director of Marketing at Bigelow Tea. Prior to this, from October 2010 to September 2014, Mary-Lauren held the position of Director of Innovation at Growth Engine, an agency focused on driving innovation for businesses. Between 2006 and 2010, Mary-Lauren was the Director of First Aid and Safety at Acme United Corporation, where expertise in healthcare and consumer product goods contributed to the successful relaunch of the PhysiciansCare® Brand. Earlier career roles include Brand Development Manager at Unilever and Assistant Product Manager at Johnson & Johnson. Mary-Lauren earned an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School and a BS in Nursing from Georgetown University.
