Bigfoot
Matt Born has a diverse work experience in the field of design and digital product development. Matt is currently serving as the Head of Design at Bigfoot since June 2022. Prior to this, they founded and worked as a Designer & Founder at both Moona and Reborn, focusing on brand and space design for churches.
Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Matt worked as the Principal Designer at myXP, a company they co-founded in 2017. In this role, they created graphics and communication systems for churches nationwide. Matt also served as the Director of Product Design at Chargeback from October 2020 to August 2021.
In addition to their design roles, Matt has also explored the podcast industry as an Executive Producer for the Design Much Podcast from July 2020 to August 2021. Matt has also worked as the Lead Product Designer at Artemis Health from March 2019 to September 2020, where they led user research and interface design for their employee benefits analytics platform.
Earlier in their career, Matt played a significant role in shaping the core product and inventing the secondary product as a Lead Product Designer at Sprout Social from August 2012 to September 2018. Matt also gained experience as a Mentor at Bloc from an unspecified date in 2015 to August 2017.
Additionally, Matt had a brief but impactful experience in various tech companies in Chicago in 2012. Matt played multiple roles in Healthbox, Aggrego, and GiveForward, wearing various hats to contribute to the early stage development of these brands.

Matt Born attended The Art Institutes from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
