Jodi Latuszek has extensive experience in human resources, administration, and legal roles. Jodi is currently the Vice President of Human Resources, Legal, and ESG at BIGGBY COFFEE, starting in August 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Director at BIGGBY COFFEE from November 2021 to August 2023.

Before their time at BIGGBY COFFEE, Jodi held positions at the Michigan Supreme Court. Jodi was the Senior Director of Administration from March 2020 to November 2021, overseeing human resources, finance, security, and regional administration functions. Jodi also served as a Regional Administrator from October 2015 to March 2020, providing guidance on employee relations, staffing, and administrative structure.

Earlier in their career, Jodi worked as a Management Analyst at the Michigan Supreme Court, State Court Administrative Office from September 2013 to October 2015, focusing on court performance measures and organizational change. Jodi also served as a Management Analyst at the Michigan Supreme Court from June 2011 to November 2013, conducting policy research, developing training curriculum, and collaborating with administrative agencies.

Jodi's experience also includes serving as a Council Member for the Children's Law Section at the State Bar of Michigan from 2006 to 2013. Jodi worked as an Appellate Attorney at the Speaker Law Firm from April 2007 to June 2012, representing clients in various civil, administrative, and criminal appeals. Jodi also served as an Appellate Counsel, advocating for clients in federal and state appellate courts from May 2007 to July 2011.

Jodi Latuszek completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Sciences at Michigan State University in 2003. Jodi later obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Additionally, they hold several certifications including Franchise Management from the University of Louisville and Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, among others.
