Hunter Elliott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in machine learning and data analysis within the biomedical field. Currently serving as Senior Director and Principal Machine Learning Scientist at BigHat Biosciences since June 2022, Elliott previously held the position of Director of Machine Learning Research and Senior Machine Learning Scientist at PathAI from April 2017 to September 2020. Prior to this, Elliott was affiliated with Harvard Medical School for over a decade, working as Director of the Image Data Analysis Core, Instructor in Cell Biology, Co-Leader of the Image and Data Analysis Core, Post-Doctoral Researcher, and Research Fellow. Elliott began the academic journey at The Scripps Research Institute, earning a PhD in Biophysics and Computational Cell Biology. The educational background also includes a BA, cum laude, in Physics and Chemistry from Colorado College.
