Marie de Villers is an experienced finance professional currently serving as FP&A Lead at Big Mamma since April 2025. Prior to this role, Marie held various positions at KPMG France from March 2021 to July 2025, progressing from Transaction Services Analyst Junior to Assistant Manager. Previous experience includes serving as Retail Manager at SILA Paris and Treasurer at Audencia Junior Conseil, a consulting association recognized among the top Junior-Entreprises in France. Marie also worked as a Junior Auditor at KPMG, contributed to investment management at Banque Neuflize OBC, and conducted research at ADD Associés. Educational credentials include a degree from Audencia and a study period at the University of Bayreuth, complemented by prior academic training at Prépa ECE Sainte Croix de Neuilly.

Big Mamma is an Italian restaurant group founded in 2013 by Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger. Our wish is to share the authenticity and warmth of traditional Italian trattorias abroad. All produce is directly sourced from small Italian producers, dishes are 100% homemade, served at affordable prices, in beautifully designed spaces, and with a big smile. Italian cuisine is about the quality of the ingredients, so we’ve partnered with small producers - Prosciutto di Parma from Stefano Borchini, San Marzano tomatoes from Paolo Ruggiero, flour from Antimo Caputo, to say the least! We are currently a team 2.200 employees and the family is still growing, with new openings coming up in 2024 across Europe.
