Carmen Low has a diverse work experience in finance and project management. From 2019, they served as the Commercial Finance Lead (Regional) at BigPay | Challenge Banking, where they led a team in managing financial processes, developing financial reports, and providing business insights. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance Business Partner at the same company.
Before joining BigPay, Carmen worked at Maybank as an Analyst for the MFRS 9 Project, where they coordinated cross-functional teams and conducted impact assessments for the successful implementation of MFRS 9. Additionally, they quantified and analyzed the impact of MFRS 9 on credit products to support pricing decisions.
Carmen began their career at EY, first as a Vacation Trainee in 2011 and then as an Audit Senior Associate from 2013 to 2017.

Carmen Low, BFP ACA attended Sunway University College from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Accounting. Carmen completed the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) program during their time at the university.
