Firdaus Zaidi has a solid work history, starting with an internship at Halvec Laboratories Sdn Bhd in 2018, where they assisted with paperwork and documentation for new product development research. In 2019, Firdaus worked as a Retail Associate at Toys R Us, where they provided customer service, addressed customer inquiries and complaints, and assisted with stock replenishment and store keeping duties.
