Swati Mittal is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with substantial experience in client servicing and e-commerce. As Co-Founder and VP of Client Servicing at BigShip since November 2019, Swati has contributed to transforming the courier aggregation landscape in India, focusing on user-friendly solutions for a diverse clientele. Prior to this, Swati was the Proprietor of The Handcraft, an innovative startup specializing in handpainted shoes, which operated between January 2014 and October 2020. Swati's career began in customer service management at The Mall Cafe in Hounslow, where excellent client engagement was prioritized. Academically, Swati holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Manav Rachna Educational Institutions.
