Marisa Sontag, MBA, is a professional with extensive experience in project management, continuous improvement, and business process development. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at BigSteelBox, Marisa previously held several key roles at Ecora, including Associate Director of the Project Management Office, where a comprehensive PMO implementation plan and strategy aligned with industry standards was developed. Marisa's expertise includes creating policies that comply with legal requirements, conducting project management training, and successfully integrating acquired companies. Prior experience includes roles in business development, marketing, and administrative support across various organizations, complemented by a Master of Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University and a Bachelor of Management in International Business/Marketing from The University of Lethbridge.
