Nathan Friesen is a Senior IT Support Specialist at BigSteelBox, a position held since June 2015. Prior to this role, Nathan served as a Technical Service Representative at Shaw Communications from August 2008 to June 2015, where responsibilities included providing technical support for network, Internet, cable, and digital phone issues, enhancing customer experiences, and promoting Shaw products. Nathan completed a Diploma of Technical Studies in Networking Systems Technician at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2008.
