Neil Keenan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and business advising. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at BigTime Software, Inc. since August 2021, Neil previously held the position of Customer Success Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes a decade at Bank of Ireland, where Neil advanced from Premier Relationship Manager to Business Adviser from May 2012 to May 2021. Neil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from University College Dublin, studying from 2007 to 2011, and completed education at St Mel's College from 2001 to 2007.
