Johannes Nikkanen

Johannes Nikkanen is an experienced recruitment and business development professional with a background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member and Partner at 73Health since May 2022, Johannes has also been a Recruitment Director and Partner at Biisoni Group Oy since November 2010, where responsibilities include the development of recruitment and HR functions as well as sales. Previous experience includes co-founding Suomen MediTuote Oy and Jope-Group, where Johannes contributed to the growth and transition of businesses focused on medical and cleaning products. Additionally, Johannes held a Regional Sales Manager position at MediMattress Oy and served as a Sergeant in the Finnish Defence Forces. Johannes holds a BBA in Marketing from Estonian Business School, completed in 2015.
