Jan Willem Ruinemans is an experienced executive and advisor with a strong background in finance and leadership within the renewable energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as Non Executive Director for multiple companies including GEOxyz, dotOcean, and Fluves since 2023, and as Strategisch adviseur for Bike Republic and Head of Virya Energy Services at Virya Energy since December 2022. Previously, Jan Willem held the position of CEO for the Business Unit ZF Windpower Technology at ZF Friedrichshafen from 2013 to 2019, following a tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Hansen Transmissions and BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. Jan Willem's educational background includes advanced degrees from the University of Groningen and Maastricht University, supplemented by studies at the University of Bristol.
