Friedrich Schneider is the Executive President, Engineering & Maintenance AUT/CH at Bilfinger. Friedrich has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry.
Previously, Schneider was the Managing Director of Industrial Services and Civil Construction at Bilfinger Berger AG. Friedrich also served as the Chief Operating Officer of M&W Group GmbH, one of the leading global high-tech engineering companies. In this role, they were responsible for managing projects of all dimensions on behalf of clients from various sectors, including electronics, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, energy and information technology.
Prior to joining M&W Group, Schneider was the Chairman of the Executive Board at Bentech GmbH. Friedrich has a degree in civil engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
Friedrich Schneider received their PhD in Economics from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. Friedrich also holds an MA in Economics from SUNY Albany in NY, USA.
