Hakan Ulagan

Hakan Ulagan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in management and software development, currently serving as Vice President of IT Academy at BilgeAdam Teknoloji since October 2005. In this role, Hakan oversees IT training services and has previously held various leadership positions, including Vice President managing software development teams, Division Head for Outsourcing and Software Development Projects, and Account Relations Manager for key telco and IT clients such as Turkcell and Microsoft. Prior to BilgeAdam, Hakan's career included roles as a Senior Consultant at Netron and Software Developer at Vanenburg Business Systems and Borusan Holding. Hakan holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Bahcesehir University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Boğaziçi University.
