Kristina Franzen

Kristina Franzen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles, currently serving as Group CFO at Bilia since June 2017. Previously, Kristina was a Board member at Stiftelsen Richard C Malmstens Minne from November 2012 to December 2018. Kristina's career at SKF Group spanned over a decade, where key positions included Director of Group Central Finance and Director of Group Controlling and Accounting, with responsibilities covering Group Financial Reporting, Finance Development, and Outsourcing. Prior to SKF, Kristina worked as Division Controller for the Aero and Steel Division and held various roles in Group Controlling and Accounting. Kristina began her career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as an Audit Manager and at Price Waterhouse as an Auditor and Audit Senior. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Executive Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Linnaeus University.
