Minh Phan

Minh Phan is a seasoned professional in cloud infrastructure security with extensive experience in engineering roles. Currently serving as a Staff Cloud Infrastructure Security Engineer at BILL since June 2022, Minh previously held the position of Staff Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure at eGain Corporation from July 2008 to June 2022, where contributions included the architecture of eGain Cloud in AWS and Azure, as well as the establishment of the eGain FedRAMP Authorized Cloud in AWS GovCloud. Additional experience includes ownership of Bright Duo LLC, a licensed retailer of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, and management of Dazzle Nails Salon. Earlier in the career, Minh worked as a QA Technician at Quanta Computer Inc. and has a solid educational foundation from Heald College.
