Tzu-Chun Hsieh

Tzu-Chun (Angela) Hsieh is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development, particularly in Python backend and Linux system development. Currently serving as a Software Engineer II at BILL since December 2024, Hsieh previously held the same title at Watershed Informatics, where responsibilities included designing Python packages and REST APIs, as well as integrating Docker images. Prior to that, Hsieh contributed to PathAI by developing web applications and resolving data inconsistencies as a Software Engineer. Hsieh's academic background includes a Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Data Science from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from National Taiwan University. Additionally, Hsieh has a diverse work history in digital marketing and strategic planning, having led projects at CyberAgent, Inc. and Hakuhodo.
