Apeksha Pathak

Apeksha Pathak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and business transformation, currently serving as the Global Program Director (AVP) for Workday at Bill Gosling Outsourcing since April 2016. In this role, Apeksha leads the Workday platform strategy and enterprise-wide digital initiatives, collaborating with executive leadership and key stakeholders. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Group Manager at the Founder's Office, where Apeksha provided strategic support to the CEO and managed cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency. Apeksha's experience also includes positions as Assistant Manager and Senior Team Leader in service delivery and process improvement, as well as a Senior Quality Analyst at Aricent Cisco TAC and a Senior Executive at American Express.
