Ivar Vatne

Ivar Vatne is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Billerud since May 2019, Ivar Vatne has also held positions as Deputy CEO and Group CFO at the same company. Previously, Ivar Vatne was a Board Member at Paboco from July 2019 to September 2023 and worked at Arla Foods as Vice President Finance for both Arla UK Ltd and Arla Foods Sweden AB from August 2015 to May 2019. Ivar Vatne's earlier career includes notable positions at Fiskars Group as Vice President Finance Europe and multiple roles at Procter & Gamble, culminating as Division Group Finance Manager for CEEMEA. Ivar Vatne earned a Master of Science in Strategy and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and has a background in philosophy from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway.
