João Ricardo Castanho

João Ricardo Castanho is a highly skilled Service Designer with extensive experience in cross-department initiatives and user experience design. Currently serving as a Service Designer Specialist at Billie since July 2022, João previously led Service Design projects at idwall, focusing on fintech onboarding experiences that balance security with user needs. A former Design Experience Senior Analyst at Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive, João contributed to Telefónica's Digital Transformation project. Additionally, João has a solid background in UX and Service Design at Ana Couto, overseeing projects for notable clients like Natura and NIVEA, and has held roles in business development and project management. Early career roles include planning and copywriting internships at V3A and ESPM Jr., alongside teaching English at Language Clinic. João holds a degree in Advertising from ESPM and a Bachelor's in Economics from UERJ.
