Michele Phelps joined BillionToOne in September 2021. She is passionate about building efficiencies and scaling processes to allow companies to improve patient care and develop life changing products. She has 18+ years of finance experience in both start-up and multi-national companies in the life sciences and technology industries, with 13+ years focused in the oncology laboratory diagnostic space.
Prior to joining BillionToOne, Michele was at Exact Sciences, where she led FP&A for the Precision Oncology Business Unit and post-merger acquisitions. Before Exact Sciences, as Director of FP&A at Genomic Health, Michele scaled the FP&A team to support four core product launches and international entity and product expansion.
Michele began her career as part of the StubHub start-up team and played a key role in the later acquisition by eBay. Michele has a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Financial Services.
