Åsa Silvérus has worked in various roles since 2008. Her first role was as a Seller/Optician Assistant at Specsavers Sverige in 2008. In 2010, they took a role as a Concept Developer at SIBA AB, where they were responsible for coordinating marketing activities in Sweden and Norway. Åsa then moved to Boxer TV-Access AB in 2012, where they held the roles of Online Sales Manager and e-Commerce Coordinator. In 2019, they began working at Improove as an E-commerce | Project Manager, and in 2020 they joined Billogram as a Team Manager Customer Success and Key Account Manager/Customer Success Manager. In their roles, they have been responsible for creating a good work environment, managing clients, leading migrations, improving user experience and sales, managing marketing activities, and controlling and developing internal work processes.

Åsa Silvérus obtained a Master degree in Service Management from Lund University between 2006 and 2010. Åsa also holds a certification from Startdeliver titled "Head of Customer Success - How to Scale," which they obtained in November of 2022.
