Timothy Bailey

Timothy Bailey currently serves as the SVP of Professional Services at Billtrust, where the focus is on transforming the services organization to align with software expansion and drive operational excellence and customer success. Prior to this role, Timothy spent nearly 19 years at Deltek, where responsibilities included overseeing the professional services practice across various industries, managing consulting delivery, and developing strategic approaches for product lines. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Jobscience, where management of a professional services organization was undertaken, and Guidance Software, where a hybrid team was led in operations and delivery. Timothy holds a BA in History with a focus on Business Studies from Providence College.
