John Thompson, SPHR, has extensive experience in Human Resources management, currently serving as Director of Human Resources at BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers since July 2014, where responsibilities include planning and directing HR functions in collaboration with the management team. Previously, John held senior HR roles as Vice President at Divisions Maintenance Group and Assistant Vice President at Western & Southern Financial Group. Additional experience includes managing HR at Ingredion Incorporated and overseeing college recruiting at Macy's. John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University.
