Ciara O'Sullivan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr Director of People at Bilt Rewards since July 2020, Ciara has been instrumental in creating a rewards program that enables renters to earn points on rent. In addition to this role, Ciara acts as an Advisor for PeopleTech Partners, assisting early-stage companies with insights from industry leaders. Ciara's previous positions include Head of People at Kairos HQ, where a focus on addressing healthcare and financial services challenges was paramount, and Talent Operations Partner at Cornerstone OnDemand. Earlier career experiences include Operations Manager roles at Grovo and Success Academy Charter Schools, as well as foundational work at Syracuse University. Ciara holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Syracuse University.
