Dev Pal is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience across prominent tech companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Analytics at Bilt since March 2025, Dev is the fourth data hire and focuses on building the Dining Rewards analytics semantic layer. Prior to this, Dev was a foundational Data Scientist at TikTok, where significant contributions included advising on the placement of the Shop tab and enhancing e-commerce click-to-order through Gen-AI review summaries. Dev's expertise extends to roles at Instagram, Postmates, Electronic Arts, Zynga, Ola, and Mu Sigma, where impactful analytics initiatives led to substantial improvements in user engagement, conversion rates, and operational efficiencies. Dev holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
