Jonathan Lawless is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and affordable housing solutions. Currently serving as Head of Homeownership at Bilt Rewards since March 2022, Lawless has also held leadership roles at Pathway Homes and Fannie Mae, where responsibilities included directing innovative initiatives aimed at expanding access to credit and housing for underserved communities. As Vice President for Product Development and Affordable Housing at Fannie Mae, Lawless successfully led a team of 30 professionals and managed various test and learn initiatives. Additionally, Lawless co-founded 2Seeds Network, a non-profit focused on agricultural development in East Africa, and possesses a strong educational background with a Master of Science in Finance from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from St. John's College.
