Michał Brodecki has had extensive work experience in the field of software development and management. Michał started their career as an intern at Ragnarson in 2011. Michał then joined BinarLab sp. z o.o. as a Ruby on Rails developer in 2013. In 2014, they transitioned to BinarApps, where they held multiple roles. As a Ruby on Rails developer, they oversaw technical strategy and decision-making, led and mentored the development team, and designed and architectured Ruby on Rails applications. In their most recent role as the Head of Delivery Center Łódź at BinarApps, they were responsible for reviewing and managing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control, taking care of the development team's well-being, and making decisions about recruitments and talent acquisition.
From 2008 to 2014, Michał Brodecki pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Informatyka at Lodz University of Technology.
