Alison has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with their most recent position being Chief Operating Officer at UnitedHealthcare. In this role, they oversaw operating discipline, strategic initiatives, product, marketing, sales compensation, client advisory council, network strategy and an award winning engagement solutions team.
Alison is committed to helping employers, consumers and consultants achieve their health care goals and better manage costs by offering flexible, innovative and affordable solutions that take advantage of the full breadth of UnitedHealth Group’s capabilities. Alison is also an Innovation Champion and a Culture Facilitator.
Alison Richards has a MHCDS from Dartmouth College and a BS in Marketing and Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
