Russell Warren has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management. Russell started their career in 2001 as a QA/QC Inspector at AMEC. Russell then joined Webster Engineering in 2004 as a Civil Engineer, where they worked until 2009. At Creus Engineering, Russell worked as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2014. Since 2014, they have been associated with Binnie, initially as a Senior Project Manager and currently as the Vice President of Development & Infrastructure.

Russell Warren earned a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001. Russell then completed a Civil Engineering Bridge Program at Camosun College in 2001. From 2002 to 2004, they attended The University of British Columbia where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering.

We began as a civil engineering firm in 1969, but have grown into much more. Though we remain experts at civic infrastructure, we now have a wide range of disciplines, from offices in northern, central, and southern BC. If you have driven in British Columbia, used tap water or visited a regional park or sports field, you have engaged with our work.
