Katie Vassiliev

Katie Vassiliev is a Human Resources Representative at BinSentry since March 2021, where responsibilities include payroll management, HRIS implementation, and employee relations. Previous experience includes roles as a Relationship Manager and Culture Coordinator at The Canada Homestay Network, focusing on stakeholder relations and onboarding processes, and as a Program Instructor for The Salvation Army in Canada, where curriculum development supported individuals with developmental disabilities. Katie has also contributed as a Conference Monitor for the International Association for Relationship Research and as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto. Educationally, Katie holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing further studies at the University of Oxford.
