Kaitlin Searfoss Kelleher has a diverse work experience in conference production and operations. Kaitlin started their career as an Editorial Assistant and later worked as a Project Manager and Conference Producer at Wellesley Information Services from 2011 to 2014. Kaitlin then joined Forrester Research as an Associate Content Producer for a short period from 2014 to 2015.
In 2015, Kaitlin joined Cambridge Healthtech Institute and held various roles within the organization. Kaitlin started as an Associate Conference Producer from March 2015 to February 2016. Kaitlin was then promoted to the position of Conference Producer and worked in that role until October 2019. During their time at Cambridge Healthtech Institute, they were responsible for managing conferences and symposia in different fields, recruiting and managing speakers, and driving new marketing initiatives.
In October 2019, Kaitlin became a Senior Conference Director at Cambridge Healthtech Institute. In this role, they were responsible for the research and content development for conferences and symposia in life sciences, clinical trials, business operations, and diagnostics. Kaitlin managed budgets, websites, and speaker communications, and also drove new marketing initiatives in the department.
In April 2020, Kaitlin was promoted to the position of Director, Production Operations and Communications at Cambridge Healthtech Institute. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the conference production group and managed a team of production assistants and project managers. Kaitlin developed new processes and initiatives around changing technologies, virtual events, hybrid events, and current business needs. Additionally, they maintained a small portfolio of conferences as a senior conference director and programmed select tracks at various events.
