Michael W. Depasquale is the Chairman & CEO of BIO-key International.
Michael has over 25 years of experience in the software and technology industries, with a focus on sales, marketing, and business development.
Prior to joining BIO-key, Mr. Depasquale served as President and CEO of Prism eSolutions, a start-up company specializing in online solutions for ISO-9001/14000 certification. Michael was also Group Vice President at WRC Media and Senior Vice President at Jostens Learning Corporation.
Mr. Depasquale has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Michael W. Depasquale obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Michael also completed an Executive Development Program at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.
