Paulette Johansen possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of Global HR at Bio-Rad Laboratories since November 2006, where previous roles included Global Human Resources Manager, Corporate HR and Staffing Manager, and Corporate HR Business Partner. Before joining Bio-Rad, Paulette held the position of VP, Employee Relations Manager at Bank of the West from 2003 to 2006, and prior to that, served as VP, HR Manager at Bank of America from 1983 to 2002. Paulette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the UW Foster School of Business.
